The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and shops nearby, which made exploring the city quite effortless.

The front desk staff was minimally available, leading to challenges in communication when we needed assistance during our stay.

spacious room, good water pressure, simple check-out process

Contactless check-in failed completely!!! Had to rely on staff to resolve it, which was inconvenient. Bathroom tap situation was frustrating due to needing the shower on for warm water. Trash not collected during our stay, which was odd.

The Deluxe Twin Room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the modern QR code lock, even though it was a little annoying at times. The bathroom was amazing with a big shower—definitely a highlight! The location was incredible, right near the station and a 7-Eleven for snacks. Customer service was great too. they helped us quickly when needed!
